oh whatever
my goodness.
as much as i don't want to know howmany few days there are to the As,
i need to remind myself that time is really running out.
yes,
i need these scary thoughts to get myself doing what i'm supposed to do.
and i'm damn sure that these 30 odd days will be the most agonizing period of my life.
definitely need to brace myself for whatever that lies ahead.
how i wish i can just quit ):
oh well,
no point going on and on about how miserable life can get.
some concrete actions have to be done.
and all i have to do now is make sure that happens.
on the brighter note,
shopping at ikea with the family was definitely a good way to relieve stress.
i think i can easily draft out a long list on what to do after the exams.
top of the list will definitely be 'go through season 1 & 2 of grey's anatomy'.
then maybe i can accompany elee to spend a whole day at the children's section of borders reading books.
haha.
this suddenly reminds me of a friend who is a two-time recipient of the singa courtesy award.
what a remarkable achievement!
LOL.
A wise man once said you can have anything in life if you will sacrifice everything else for it... what he meant is nothing comes without a price.
So before you go into battle, you better decide how much you're willing to lose.
Too often, going after what feels good means letting go of what you know is right; and letting someone in means abandoning the walls you've spent a lifetime building.
Of course, the toughest sacrifices are the ones we don't see coming, when we don't have time to come up with a strategy to pick a side or to measure the potential loss.
When that happens, when the battle chooses us and not the other way around, that's when the sacrifice can turn out to be more than we can bear.
